The Quang Nam Provincial People’s Council has approved two investment projects with total capital of nearly VND300 billion ($12.76 million) to build or upgrade five district health centers and build, upgrade, or purchase equipment for 76 commune health stations. Implementation is from 2022 to 2023.
The 60-km Dau Giay - Tan Phu Expressway has been approved for construction with total investment of nearly VND8.4 trillion ($356.8 million) under the public-private partnership (PPP) model in 2021-2025. This is the first part of the Dau Giay - Lien Khuong Expressway connecting Lam Dong province with Ho Chi Minh City and southern provinces totaling more than 200 km in length.
South-central Phu Yen province will auction the land use rights for three housing projects with a total area of more than 50,000 sq m, a population of over 5,000 people, and total investment of some VND4 trillion ($170.8 million). The province has set a target of reaching a per capita housing area of 28 sq m by 2025 and 31.7 sq m by 2030.
Central Quang Ngai province has approved three residential projects with total investment of more than VND3.6 trillion ($154.8 million). The province has recently ended a number of private residential projects for review, then used bidding and not investor appointments, as previously.
The Hai Duong Provincial People’s Council approved a number of key projects in transport infrastructure, educational facilities, and office space on June 24.
The Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee has issued investment licenses to three urban projects in Thai Nguyen city and Song Cong city. With a total land area of nearly 300,000 sq m and capital of some VND780 billion ($33.63 million), the three projects will contribute to easing housing demand.
The Prime Minister has approved a project on infrastructure construction and business at the Nhuan Trach Industrial Park (IP) in northern Hoa Binh province. The project is on 200 hectares with total investment of nearly VND2.4 trillion ($104.7 million).
