Ministry of Finance leading in digital transformation
2020 was the first year the National Digital Transformation Program has been implemented, and the Digital Transformation Index (DTI) for the year was low overall and shows that the associated activities of ministries, branches, and cities and provinces were still in the initial stages. The Ministry of Finance led the way, thanks to outstanding efforts in digital transformation that effectively served businesses and individuals.
