Hanoi’s Ring Road No.4 project to be appraised
Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh has signed a decision establishing a State Appraisal Council to study a pre-feasibility study for the Ring Road No.4 project around Hanoi, which will pass through the capital and three neighboring provinces and have total investment of VND90.4 trillion ($4 billion). The project was approved by the government in 2011 but has yet to come to fruition.
