A number of public-private partnership (PPP) projects have been implemented in Vietnam but disputes relating to this type of investment are increasing, significantly reducing their attractiveness. At a seminar on attracting PPP investment on July 7, analysts said authorities need to create a stable legal framework to further strengthen confidence among potential investors.
