Project to establish indicators in digital transformation

The Ministry of Information and Communications has issued a Decision approving the “Determining a set of digital transformation assessment indicators for ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the government, provinces, centrally-run cities, and the country” project. The Digital Transformation Index (DTI), to be introduced under the project, has the function of monitoring and evaluating the results of annual digital transformation by ministries and cities and provinces. It will provide information for international organizations to evaluate and rank Vietnam in global indexes for such fields as e-Government (EGDI); Information Technology (IDI); Cybersecurity (GCI); Competitiveness (GCI); and Innovation (GII).
