The Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee has issued a Directive on strengthening tax management of the real estate business. Information on real estate transactions will be published on the south-central province’s Electronic Communications Portal to easily monitor, manage, and prevent violations.

Of the four main capital injection channels in the real estate market, issuing corporate bonds is being narrowed and this leads to huge financial risks. Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi has proposed restructuring real estate credit, avoiding risks but also creating favorable conditions for loans to projects that are legal and effective.

According to a report from the Ministry of Finance (MoF) sent to the Prime Minister, a number of real estate businesses have issued bonds in volumes many times higher than equity, creating risks not only for investors but also for the financial system. The ministry has adopted many solutions to correct the market in 2022, including submitting a proposal to the Prime Minister on amending the legal framework on certain matters.
