Over 4,000 real estate businesses were established in the first nine months of 2025, up 18.7% year-on-year, according to the Vietnam Association of Real Estate Brokers (VARS).
Their total registered capital reached more than VND334 trillion ($13.1 billion), marking a sharp 60.5% increase compared to the same period last year.
In the third quarter alone, 1,501 new real estate enterprises were licensed.
During the January–September period, the real estate market recorded a housing supply of over 100,000 units, up 22% year-on-year, including more than 86,000 new products.
The northern region continued to lead the market, accounting for 49% of total supply, followed by the southern region with 27% and the central region with 23%.
