Residential projects approved in Quang Ngai
Central Quang Ngai province has approved three residential projects with total investment of more than VND3.6 trillion ($154.8 million). The province has recently ended a number of private residential projects for review, then used bidding and not investor appointments, as previously.
Dong Nai cancels 12 delayed residential projects
The Dong Nai Provincial People’s Council has issued a decision to cancel 12 residential projects in Long Thanh district that were included on a list of land acquisitions but not implemented for three years. Most of the projects are in the southern province’s Long Thanh town and Long An, Long Phuoc, Phuoc Binh, and Tam An communes on a total area of some 220 hectares.
Van Don to adjust residential planning
The Van Don District People’s Committee in the northern province of Quang Ninh will adjust policies for many residential investment projects within the medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period. It suggested adjusting planning for existing residential projects, approved new projects in 2021, and added a medium-term public investment portfolio for the 2021-2025 period.
