Hanoi keeping construction projects on track
Hanoi has directed investors and construction units to concentrate resources to speed up project construction. However, the high price of raw materials has caused delays at many projects, but two key projects - Ring Road No. 2 Vinh Tuy - Nga Tu So Bridge section, and Vinh Tuy Bridge, second phase - have maintained progress.
