Under the law, the State shall give priority to building infrustructure for science and technology research and innovation, key national laboratories, and infrastructure connectivity between research institutes, education establishments andenterprises.
At a meeting of the Government's steering committee for the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, and Project 06, held on March 18, PM Pham Minh Chinh asked for allocating at least 3 per cent of the 2025 State budget for science and technology development.
