MoIT establishes Vietnam Electronic Contract Development Axis

On June 16, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) announced the establishment of the Vietnam Electronic Contract Development Axis (www.CeCA.gov.vn), to support the attestation of e-contracts in service provision activities and to provide a portal to look up and authenticate such contracts. Businesses will now be able to use e-contracts in place of traditional contracts.
