Secretary General of the National Assembly (NA) and Chairman of the Office of the NA Bui Van Cuong said on May 20 that, at its third session from May 23 to June 17, the legislature will consider and approve five laws and three draft resolutions and discuss another six laws, and at the same time consider and decide on investment policies for five key national transport projects.
The National Assembly (NA) has approved the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles in nine laws: the Law on Public Investment, the Law on Investment in the Form of Public-Private Partnership, the Law on Investment, the Law on Housing, the Law on Competition Contractors, the Law on Electricity, the Law on Enterprises, the Law on Special Consumption Tax, and the Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgments. The amendments will come into effect on March 1.
The national financial plan and the plan on the borrowing and payment of public debt in the 2021-2025 period were approved by the National Assembly on July 28.
