Trade surplus gets boost from foreign enterprises
Total trade turnover in the second half of September (from September 16 to September 30) reached more than $29 billion. The trade surplus for the period was $1.87 billion, partly due to strong increases in exports by FDI enterprises, which stood at $11.34 billion, up 33.2 per cent compared to the first half of September.
