HCMC cleaning up canals to improve urban environment
A project to renovate Xuyen Tam Canal, with a length of 6.2 km and total investment of more than VND9.3 trillion ($401.12 million), is being urgently deployed by Ho Chi Minh City to resolve water drainage issues and improve the city’s urban environment. This is one of three key projects on a list of 25 canal improvement projects in the city in the 2021-2025 period.
