Vietnam Power Development Plan 8 goes before government
According to the Vietnam Power Development Plan 8 , the total capacity of power plants by 2025 is to reach about 105,000 MW, 143,000 MW by 2030, and 330,000 MW by 2045. Total capital demand in the 2021-2030 period is some $115 billion and $227 billion in 2031-2045.
