The People’s Committee of central Thanh Hoa province has given the green light to the construction planning of Phu Quy industrial park (IP).

Covering 540 ha in seven communes in Hoang Hoa district, Phu Quy will be the largest new IP built in the province in the 2021-2030 periods.

As a multi-industry IP, Phu Quy will give priority to high-tech industries, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, automobiles, pharmaceutical industry and food industry.

The IP is estimated to generate jobs for 36,000-58,500 people.

The IP is located at the gateway to Hoang Hoa district which is the intersection of transport routes connecting economic zones, seaports and airports.
