The Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has approved a project building a garment and footwear production plant in the north-central province’s Nong Cong district.
It will cover more than 27,364 sq m.
The investment will come from the Tung Phuong - Nong Cong Production JSC and total VND88.4 billion ($3.6 million).
The project is scheduled to be put into operation within 24 months of the land being handed over to the investor.
The Committee asked the Thanh Hoa Department of Construction to direct the investor on completing planning and construction procedures to ensure that project construction is in line with existing regulations.
