SonKim Land, the project developer, together with the investor the Quoc Loc Phat Joint Stock Company and partners, has held a Topping-Out Ceremony for The OpusK, marking an important milestone in the development of the premium office and living complex in the heart of the Thu Thiem New Urban Area in Ho Chi Minh City.
As the final piece of The Metropole Thu Thiem, The OpusK contributes to completing the integrated urban ecosystem of the entire area. The structural completion of Tower A - part of the two-tower mixed-use complex that includes Grade A+ offices - also recognizes the project’s progress, construction management, and the safety and quality standards maintained throughout the construction process.
Setting a new standard for premium office space in Thu Thiem
Located in a strategic position within the Vietnam International Financial Center area and approximately 200 meters from Ho Chi Minh City’s new administrative center, The OpusK counts among the premium office projects in central Thu Thiem.

Moving toward completion phases
Following Tower A’s topping-out, The OpusK will move into fit-out and technical systems installation in preparation for operations, expected in the third quarter of 2027.
Tower B - a 36-storey complex comprising offices and premium apartments - is scheduled to top out at the end of October. The successive achievement of major construction milestones by both towers demonstrates the project’s progress and the synchronized coordination between the investor, developer, and partners.
With The OpusK, SonKim Land aims to complete a long-lasting landmark within The Metropole Thu Thiem. Once coming into operation, the project is expected to add high-quality Grade A+ office supply to the market while contributing to the development of Thu Thiem and the vision of building the Vietnam International Financial Center in Ho Chi Minh City.
