Vietnam’s transport sector continued to record strong growth in September, with both passenger and freight transport posting double-digit increases from a year earlier, according to the latest data from the National Statistics Office.

Passenger transport reached 663.4 million passenger trips during the month, up 18% year on year, while passenger traffic rose 14% to 30.8 billion passenger-kms.
