The Vietnam Economic Scenario Forum (VESF) 2024 will be held in Hanoi on January 11 with the theme “Promoting mechanisms and policies, strongly implementing new growth drivers”.

It will be co-hosted by VnEconomy / Vietnam Economic Times (VET) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA).

Initiated by VET in 2008, the Forum aims to support Vietnam’s development and meet requirements in the business community for information exchange.

Fifteen years on, the Forum has become a prestigious information channel, attracting the participation of policymakers, State management agencies, domestic and foreign economic analysts, and business community.

This year’s forum will see the attendance of representatives from ministries, sectors, and State agencies, including the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission, MoFA, National Assembly committees, and the State Bank of Vietnam, as well as the World Bank in Vietnam and associations and businesses.

Participants will analyze existing mechanisms and policies in Vietnam to create the conditions for and promote the implementation of new growth drivers.
