Vietnam targets utilizing young talent in national construction and is determined to build and operate the Viet Nam Global Young Talent Network and the National Young Talent Digital Park by 2025.
The country has set a target that, by 2030, at least 60 per cent of young talent will receive support to take part in knowledge sharing and community and socio-economic development activities.
INSEAD has released the Global Talent Competitiveness Index every year since 2013, to summarize complex and diverse concepts related to the availability of human capital and the relative strengths of nations in enabling talent to be developed, attracted, and retained.
Switzerland maintained its global lead in the 2023 rankings, excelling globally in nurturing, attracting, and preserving talent, while Singapore retained its top spot in the Asia-Pacific region and was the world’s second-most talent-competitive country.
