Vietnam signs technology transfer contracts for Covid-19 vaccines

According to Mr. Nguyen Ngo Quang, Deputy Director of Administration of Science Technology and Training at the Ministry of Health (MoH), Vietnam has signed three technology transfer contracts with Russia, the US, and Japan for Covid-19 vaccines.
