Within the framework of the Vietnam-Italy Business Forum on September 4, Temix Group, a corporation specializing in satellite communications, defense, and aerospace, announced the establishment of an Advanced Design Center in Vietnam.
The projected center will be implemented with strategic cooperation from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), one of Vietnam's leading educational institutions in the field of telecommunications.
As the first university in Vietnam capable of meeting the high requirements for research on low-orbit satellite equipment, PTIT will allocate a separate facility within its campus to house the new center, where experts from Temix Group will collaborate with a team of domestic researchers and experts.
This center will align with the national strategy of opening up breakthrough opportunities for stronger development of science and technology, including the list of major issues in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation recently announced by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam.
This also marks a significant step forward in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthoughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation, while focusing on researching, producing, and manufacturing low-orbit satellites.
