The Government leader urged ministries and sectors to review and simplify administrative procedures, aiming to reduce processing time, volume, and cost by 30%.

Resolution No.70-NQ/TW, issued by the Politburo on August 20, stands as a powerful call to action and a new guiding framework for Vietnam’s energy sector, urging it to accelerate efforts and secure robust energy security in the coming decade.

Each ministry, sector, locality, buiness group, general corporation, private enterprise, and FDI enterprise strives to have at least 2 projects or works eligible for inauguration or groundbreaking.

This aims to address difficulties and obstacles faced by businesses, agencies, organizations, and units employing foreign workers regarding the implementation of Decree No. 219.

Vietnam led the region with a score of 67, up three points from 2024.

The resolution sets out a comprehensive roadmap for the country’s energy transition.
