South Korea currently has a high demand for LSD vaccines for its national vaccination program, as the disease has emerged in the country over the past two to three years.

This comes as the city expands its development space toward a coastal urban model, aiming to become a logistics hub and a national maritime economic center.

Following the upgrade of ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in October 2024, Vietnam and France committed to strengthening cooperation in priority sectors, including rail transport.

May 6 each year will be observed as Vietnam Logistics Day.

The figure is equal to other countries in Asia (Japan 99 per cent, South Korea 100 per cent, China 73.37 per cent, Malaysia 98.13 per cent, the Philippines 93.62 per cent and Thailand 88 per cent).

At the event, a direct flight route between Ho Chi Minh City and Colombo was officially launched by Vietnam Airlines that is expected to commence operations in August 2026.
