A Vietnamese delegation of 30 large enterprises in agricultural products, food processing, and consumer products is attending the third China International Consumer Products Expo in Haikou, Hainan province, which opened on April 10.

Over 3,100 brands from 65 countries and regions are taking part in the expo, the first large-scale international trade fair held by China after it lifted its Covid-19 restrictions.

The exhibition area is on 120,000 sq m, ,with visitor numbers of 300,000 expected.

Some Vietnamese brands have received major attention from visitors, such as Ben Tre coconut products, Minh Long ceramics, Trung Nguyen coffee, and Sao Thai Duong food products.

China remains Vietnam’s largest trade partner, and Vietnam is currently China’s largest trade partner in ASEAN and sixth-largest in the world, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
