Rikkeisoft, the largest private tech company in Vietnam in digital transformation and technology solutions, has announced an investment of $30 million in the US over the next three years.
The commitment was announced at the Vietnam-US Business Forum on Technology and Innovation Cooperation in San Francisco on September 18 (local time), on the occasion of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s working visit to the US.
The investment will focus on developing high-quality tech human resources, expanding markets, and merger and acquisition (M&A) activities, according to Bui Hoang Tung, Senior Executive Vice President of Rikkeisoft and CEO of RKTech, Rikkeisoft's US subsidiary.
The investment is set at $2 million in 2023 and will increase gradually to $30 million by 2026.
It is expected to create hundreds of IT jobs in the US, propelling Rikkeisoft into the ranks of tech companies valued in the billions of dollars within the next five years, according to Mr. Tung.
