General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and State President To Lam and his spouse will pay a State visit to Russia and an official visit to France from September 7 to 12, according to an announcement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on September 4.

The visits will be made at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin and French President Emmanuel Macron, the Foreign Ministry said.

During his stay in France, the top leader of Vietnam will attend the International Space Summit in Paris, according to the ministry.
