The Zamil Steel Holding Company (ZS) has announced the appointment of Mr. Swain Ajaya Kumar as the new leader of the Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam Company (ZSV), effective from July. A seasoned business leader, Mr. Kumar is set to steer the next phase of growth for the prominent steel structure supplier across the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Krishnakanth Kodukula, the outgoing General Director, will transition to the role of Vice President overseeing all Zamil Steel Business Units globally.

Bringing a wealth of experience to his new role, Mr. Kumar holds a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering. With a career spanning 38 years focused on Business Performance Improvement in the steel fabrication industry, he has been integral to Zamil Industrial since 2000, excelling in roles from consultant to executive. His expertise includes Pre-engineered Buildings (PEB), Structural Steel, Process Equipment, and Building Components.

Having joined Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam in 2023 initially as a consultant, Mr. Kumar swiftly rose to Head of Planning & Performance and now General Director. His proven track record in team leadership positions him well to drive ZSV’s continued growth in the Asia-Pacific market, unlocking new opportunities and ensuring sustained success.

Established in 1997 with full investment from Saudi Arabia, Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam specializes in engineering, fabricating, supplying, and delivering steel building and structure solutions tailored for diverse applications.
