Established in 1997, Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam (ZSV) is a 100-per-cent FDI enterprise established by the Zamil Industrial Investment Company from Saudi Arabia. Throughout its 25 years of growth, ZSV has developed to become the most successful steel structure solutions provider in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam (ZSV) has gone through 25 years of development in Vietnam. Can you tell us about its achievements as the leader in its industry?

With three flagship products - pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB), steel structures, and MaxSEAM roof systems - over the past 25 years, Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam has supplied over 7,000 projects for customers worldwide. Many of these projects are of great importance to the economic, cultural, and social development of countries, such as the Siam Reap International Airport project in Cambodia, the Petronas petrochemical complex project (part of Malaysia’s RAPID key economic development program), and the Bangladeshi Government’s cyclone shelters project on Bhasan Char Island, etc. The company also exports pre-engineered steel building products and structural steel to many advanced countries and regions, such as Europe, Australia, the Americas, and Japan, and has become one of the most prestigious steel building brands in the region.

ZSV’s pre-engineered steel buildings and structural steel solutions are greatly appreciated by customers for their sophisticated design, high durability, and suitability for many uses: from factories and warehouses to oil and gas projects, large industrial complexes, commercial centers, exhibition halls, stadiums, airports, and many other types of infrastructure.

As the earliest Saudi Arabian-invested enterprise in Vietnam, since the early years of renovation, Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam is considered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Vietnamese Government as a successful example of strategic cooperation and investment relations between Vietnam and countries in the Middle East and Gulf region. ZSV has won a Golden Dragon Award from Vietnam Economic Times for 18 consecutive years for its positive contributions to the development of Vietnam’s economy in general and the construction industry in particular. Products from Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam have also been honored as key industrial products of Hanoi for many years and were awarded a Gold Cup certificate for excellent Vietnamese brands by the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association thanks to their prestige, reputation, and quality.
