The Hoang Sa-Doc Soi Road project connecting Quang Ngai city in central Quang Ngai province to Chu Lai Airport in neighboring Quang Nam province will have total investment of VND3.5 trillion ($154 million) and be implemented from 2022 to 2027. The route is to create a breakthrough in local socio-economic development.
