The People’s Committee of southern Dong Nai province has approved the planning of a commercial center with an estimated investment capital of over VND6 trillion ($242 million).

It will cover 12ha in Hiep Hoa Ward in the province's Bien Hoa city

Of the total investment capital, some VND2.2 trillion will be used for compensation and resettlement for households affected by the project.

Construction of the first phase is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2025 and complete in the second quarter of 2027.

The second phase of the project is slated to last from the first quarter of 2035 to the second quarter of 2038.
