$357 mln Dau Giay - Tan Phu expressway expected to open to traffic in 2027

This is part of the 220-km Dau Giay - Lien Khuong Expressway project connecting southern Dong Nai province and central highlands’ Lam Dong province.

Construction of the Dau Giay – Tan Phu expressway in the south of Vietnam is expected to complete in 2026 and open to traffic from 2027, according to the Ministry of Transport (MoT).

The expressway runs through southern Dong Nai province with a total length of 60.24 km.

It has total investment of an estimated VND9 trillion ($357 million), with over VND7.7 trillion ($305 million) to come from the investor and the remainder from the State budget.

The expressway will have four lanes and a speed limit of 80-100 kph.

The project was approved by the MoT earlier this year and is choosing investor.

It is a component project of the 220-km Dau Giay - Lien Khuong Expressway that will connect the southern Dong Nai province to the central highlands’ Lam Dong province.
