AB InBev Vietnam is proud to have been recognized on November 23 as one of the “Top 100 Vietnam Best Places to Work 2023” for the fourth consecutive year and is in the “Top 20 in the Consumer Goods Industry”. At the Vietnam Best Places to Work (VNBPTW) Summit, it was acknowledged for the first time as a Top 15 Medium-sized Enterprise with a Happy Workforce.

Vietnam’s Best Places to Work is a working environment ranking compiled annually by Anphabe, the leading advisor on employer brand attractiveness and workplace happiness in Vietnam, with sponsorship from the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The impartial and objective awards are verified by market research company Intage Vietnam.

“We invest in potential, not just credentials,” said Mr. Craig Maclean, Managing Director of BU Southeast Asia. “We look for people with passion, curiosity, courage, and resilience to make a difference and grow here. We welcome diverse talent because great ideas come from people with different backgrounds. By dreaming big, our people have made our success possible and continue to imagine our future. We celebrate our wins with an eye on the next challenge.”

AB InBev’s culture and heritage is always to dream big. But more than that, it’s the future that AB InBev always looks towards, and always serves up new ways to meet life’s moments. A future where it keeps dreaming bigger to provide opportunities for its people, lift up its neighbors, and make a meaningful impact on the world. A future that everyone can celebrate, and everyone can share. A future with more cheer.
