The agreement marks an important milestone, as it brings a prestigious non-profit international school with a rich history of over 87 years to the latest and biggest urban project in the south of Ho Chi Minh City. Under the terms of the agreement, Chadwick will directly operate the school, which will offer international education to students from pre-kindergarten to Grade 12. Chadwick has a wide range of autonomy in operations, direction, management, and supervision, including teachers and curriculum, which allows it to instill its proven and successful educational model, philosophy, and core values. In addition, school facilities and finance are fully supported by ZE and VGSI.

To realize its vision of providing excellent education to children in different countries, Chadwick has been working with renowned developers such as POSCO, Ecopark, and VGSI to expand campuses in South Korea, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City, respectively. The fourth campus of Chadwick, CISH is situated on 3.4 ha in Zeitgeist New Town in Nha Be district, and will educate 1,200 students in state-of-the art facilities equipped to balance needs not only in academic endeavors but also in sports and the arts. Notable facilities include a performing arts theater with 700 seats, a Black Box theater, music and drama rooms, two gyms, an indoor swimming pool, soccer fields and basketball courts, libraries, canteens, science rooms, and a MakerSpace. Students will also benefit from a philosophy of “One School, Multiple Campuses”, which allows them to engage with peers from different Chadwick campuses and experience a diversity of cultures, people, and languages to develop the skills and mindset of global citizens.

Preparations for CISH are now being conducted, such as securing licenses and settling on school design, and by 2025 it expects to welcome the children of Zeitgeist residents as well as those from other neighborhoods.
