The Bac Giang Provincial People’s Council has approved the planning of three industrial parks that are all multi-sector parks with modern infrastructure and technical systems.

Located in the northern province’s Hiep Hoa, Yen Dung, and Viet Yen districts, the parks have a total area of nearly 500 ha.

The Chau Minh - Bac Ly - Huong Lam Industrial Park in Hiep Hoa district, on an area of over 222 ha, will attract businesses in the fields of forestry processing, food processing, mechanics, electronic components, packaging, and auxiliary industries with modern and environmentally-friendly technology.

The Yen Lu Industrial Park (extended) in Yen Dung district and the Quang Chau 2 Industrial Park in Viet Yen district will be developed into multi-sector, high-technology parks.

Bac Giang province currently has four industrial parks with occupancy rates of 100 per cent. Two other industrial parks are now completing infrastructure construction. It has also established industrial clusters to attract more investment.
