The Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee has given the green light to a plan to choose contractors to build a series of real estate projects with total estimated capital of over VND10 trillion ($418 million) this year.

These include eight tourism, services, and commercial projects, such as the Night Paradise Nhon Hoi entertainment center, covering 7.96 ha and with capital of VND304 billion ($12.7 million), the Eo Gio eco-tourism area, covering 9.55 ha and with capital of VND1.6 trillion ($67 million), and the Tan Thanh 2 tourism area, covering 32.3 ha and with capital of VND600 billion ($25.1 million).

The south-central province also plans to build three urban areas with total investment of VND7.2 trillion ($301 million).
