The country is estimated to have handled 21.5 million foreign arrivals and served 135.5 million domestic trips, while total tourism revenue surpassed VND1 quadrillion ($40 billion) for the first time.
The phase two will involve building an additional passenger terminal and associated infrastructure, raising the airport’s annual capacity to 50 million passengers and 1.5 million tons of cargo.
Flights from Hanoi to Cebu will depart every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, while return flights from Cebu to Hanoi will operate every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
