Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW) held an inauguration for their new Software Center in Hanoi on June 6.
According to Mr. Gaur Dattatreya, CEO and Managing Director of BGSW Vietnam, the new software center is an important pillar of Bosch’s global software network and is another pivotal milestone in Bosch’s success story in Vietnam.
Over the last decade, Bosch has grown in volume and taken on major responsibilities, evolving into a prominent innovation hub and a key player in the software engineering scene in the robust Southeast Asia market. “At BGSW, our strategy is to be #FitForFuture, and our presence in Hanoi will help us leverage best-in-class talent, further strengthening our capabilities to cater to customers and partners across geographies and industries in their digitalization journey,” Mr. Dattatreya said.
The establishment of the new center in Hanoi marks another important strategic milestone in the company’s development journey, continuing its desire to strengthen its leading position in the field of software development and making it an increasingly attractive employer in the eyes of young talent.
In addition, Bosch’s two centers, in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, are expected to ramp up and accommodate around 6,000 professionals by 2025. The two locations will work interconnectedly to augment the company’s focus on automotive engineering and digital enterprise.
The opening of the software center also demonstrates Bosch’s strong belief in the Vietnamese market. The company aims to harness the leadership potential of Hanoi’s burgeoning talent pool to enhance its expertise in new technologies while strengthening its global distribution network.
