Over 350 businesses, investors and authorities of central Da Nang city attended the “Business Connectivity” Forum 2024 which opened on October 9.

Co-organized by the Authority of the Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks, the municipal Labour Federation, and the Lao Dong (Labour) Newspaper, the forum created connectivity opportunities between State management agencies and businesses.

Participants were updated about the city's investment attraction policies and guidelines, including the National Assembly's approval to establish the Da Nang Free Trade Zone associated with Lien Chieu Seaport with the goal of attracting investment, finance, trade, tourism and high-quality services.

The forum discussed various topics, including demand for connecting service supply, experience in investment attraction and industrial park infrastructure, and housing solutions for workers.

On the sidelines of the forum, seven cooperation agreements were signed between State management agencies and enterprises.

The Authority of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks signed a cooperation agreement with the Dinco Construction Engineering JSC on consulting support for enterprises in operating in industrial parks and hi-tech park in implementing related legal procedures.

The Murata Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. and the IYES International Education Co., Ltd. inked an agreement on building a program to improve language skills in the business environment.

Cooperation agreements on packaging supply were signed between the Asia Architecture and Trading Co., Ltd. and the ARENA TECHNOLOGIES Co., Ltd.; the Vinh Nghiep Paper Co., Ltd. and Long Khai JSC; and the Tan Long Packaging Co., Ltd. and the Vafi JSC.

Meanwhile, cooperation agreements on product and service supply were signed between the Huynh Duc Trading, Service and Production Co., Ltd. and the Oceana Co., Ltd., and the Huynh Duc Trading, Service and Production Co., Ltd. and the Nitto Jokaso Vietnam Co., Ltd.
