Eurowindow Holding JSC officially held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Eurowindow Light City project in Nguyet Vien Ward, central Thanh Hoa province, on March 10.
Spanning 176 ha, the project represents a total investment of nearly VND13 trillion ($496 million).
According to the master plan, the project will feature a synchronized infrastructure with nearly 200 diverse amenities. It offers a wide range of residential products, including villas, lakeside island villas, townhouses, shophouses, apartments, and podium shophouses.
A key highlight of the project is its commitment to sustainability. The developer is prioritizing eco-friendly building materials, solar energy applications, a Grade A-standard wastewater treatment system, and smart energy management solutions to optimize resource conservation.
Speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Mai Xuan Liem, emphasized the project's alignment with regional goals. He noted that the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term identified the development of a modern, synchronous socio-economic infrastructure as a primary strategic breakthrough.
The Resolution also places a heavy emphasis on urban development that is green, smart, modern, and sustainable, while remaining deeply rooted in the unique cultural identity of the locality.
