The Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee has agreed to the scale and implementation progress of a section of Ho Chi Minh City’s Ring Road No. 4 passing through the southern province.

The 198-km Ring Road No. 4 passes through Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Dong Nai, and Binh Duong provinces, Ho Chi Minh City, and Long An province. Total investment is estimated at VND100 trillion ($4.2 billion).
