The 2025 Da Nang Trade Promotion and Export Conference opened on October 2 with the goal of supporting enterprises in deeper integration into global supply chains, and driving export growth.
The conference, held in Da Nang city in central Vietnam, provides a platform for Vietnamese and foreign businesses to connect, seek partnerships, and expand market access, while also showcasing the central city’s potential and advantages to global partners.
Delegates discussed global trade trends, Vietnam’s export promotion strategies for 2025–2030, product and market diversification solutions, and development of key export markets.
In the first eight months of this year, Da Nang recorded import-export turnover of more than $5.9 billion, up nearly 13% year-on-year. The city’s goods are exported to over 120 countries and territories, with major products including textiles, seafood, wood items, handicrafts, machinery, and electronics.
