The Da Nang City People’s Committee has decided to approve investment plans to build apartment blocks, hotels, and office space for lease.

Authorities in the central city gave the green light to a project building office space for lease at the Tho Quang Seafood Services Industrial Park in Son Tra district. It will cover an area of over 11,858 sq m and be able to accommodate 1,918 people. They also approved a project building commercial apartment blocks in Son Tra district, with 202 apartments, each on areas ranging from 44.3 to 173.3 sq m. It is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

Another licensed project will build a luxurious apartment block in Ngu Hanh Son district with 560 commercial apartments. Construction will be conducted from 2023 to 2026.

City authorities also agreed to adjust investment plans for the construction of the Wink Tran Phu hotel in Hai Chau district.

Da Nang targets building nearly 9.8 million sq m of housing during the 2021-2025 period to meet increasing housing demand among local residents.
