The Government News quoted an announcement from the Foreign Ministry as reporting on May 20 that Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai will attend Nikkei Forum 29th Future of Asia and pay a working visit to Japan from May 22-25.

The Deputy Prime Minister's tour will be made at the invitation of President and Chief Executive Officer of Nikkei Inc., Mr. Tsuyoshi Hasebe.

Future of Asia is an international gathering where political, economic, and academic leaders from the Asia-Pacific region offer their opinions frankly and freely on regional issues and the role of Asia in the world.

Held by Nikkei every year since 1995, the forum is considered to be one of the most important global conferences in Asia.
