Southern Dong Nai province continued to record the highest trade surplus in Vietnam during the first ten months of 2025, reaching an estimated $8.6 billion, according to local authorities.
The province's export turnover in the period was estimated at over $28.77 billion, up 18.87% year-on-year. In October alone, exports surpassed $3 billion, an increase of 0.18% compared to the previous month.
Meanwhile, its import turnover totaled $20.116 billion, rising 16.32% year-on-year.
Dong Nai’s key export items included computers, electronic products and accessories; rubber; cashew nuts; coffee; wood and wooden products; pepper; garments and textiles; and footwear.
The United States remained the province’s largest export market, purchasing goods worth $10.59 billion, or 36.8% of the total export value. It was followed by China with $3.878 billion (13.48%) and Japan with $2.456 billion (8.54%).
