FPT Software has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GigaX, an affiliate of South Korea’s SK Group, to expand into the European market.

FPT Software, a subsidiary of FPT Group, one of Vietnam’s leading IT firms, aims to build a digital transformation framework that enhances operational efficiency and sustainability for European businesses through this partnership.

The two-year collaboration will focus on developing joint market entry strategies, technologies for carbon emissions management, and sharing engineering resources. The targeted industries include automotive, semiconductors, energy, and battery technologies.

GigaX Managing Director Choi Suk-joo was quoted as saying that “By collaborating with FPT Software and combining the strengths of both companies, we expect to uncover valuable business opportunities.”
