Northern Ha Nam province has identified five economic growth pillars for its development orientation, including developing industry following the model of a circular economy, green growth, and the application of high technology.
Other pillars are developing high technology, promoting tourism resources, expanding the urban space, building urban infrastructure to boost trade, services, and logistics development, and developing high-tech agriculture.
These pillars are set out in the province’s master plan for the 2021-2030 period with a vision to 2050, which has been approved by the Prime Minister.
Under the plan, the province selected three development breakthroughs, including investment in technical and social infrastructure, administrative reform and improvements to the business and investment environment, and investment in developing human resources and science and technology.
