Norther Hai Phong port city has approved an investment project to construct a road connecting Ho Sen Street to the Quan Mau Intersection, backed by a total investment exceeding VND 1.244 trillion ($47.8 million) from the municipal budget.
The project is invested by the Hai Phong Transportation Works Construction Investment Project Management Board and will be carried out across Le Chan and Gia Vien Wards over a planned land-use area of 3.82 ha The project features two main components: the roadway link (Le Chan Ward) and the Quan Mau Intersection (spanning both Le Chan and Gia Vien wards).
The project aims to construct the thoroughfare from Ho Sen Street to Quan Mau Intersection and revitalize adjacent surrounding areas (within Le Chan Ward). This initiative will help complete a synchronized transportation network in line with the city's master planning, establish a crucial east-west lateral axis in the area, interface with the north-south Ho Sen–Lach Tray arterial routes, ease traffic pressure on Nguyen Van Linh Street, alleviate congestion, and enhance traffic safety.
The project is slated for execution from 2025 to 2029, with the preparation phase running across 2025–2026 and physical implementation scheduled from 2026 to 2029.
