Hai Phong calls for investment in social housing project

The Hai Phong Department of Planning and Investment has invited investors to build a social housing project in Ngo Quyen district. With an estimated cost of more than VND4 trillion ($171 million), the project will have both social housing and commercial housing, with the social housing area on nearly 54,000 sq m and the commercial housing area on more than 13,000 sq m.
